Not Your Gramma's Pumpkin Pie

Preheat oven to 425F 9" pie plate Filling:  1 can of pumpkin (15oz) 1 can of sweet and condensed milk (14oz) 2 eggs beaten 1 tsp vanilla 1 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp nutmeg 1/4 tsp cloves 1/4 tsp ginger 1/2 tsp salt Crust: 2 1/4 cups all purpose flower 1 tsp salt 1/2 smashed pecans 3/4 cup of Crisco (chilled for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator) 6 TBS Salted Butter cut into cubes (chill in the freezer for at least 1 hour then move to the fridge for 1 hour) 1/3 cup very cold water Bourbon Cream: 8oz Heavy Whipping Cream Your favorite Syrup Your favorite Whiskey Let's start with the crust.
